Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • We have a 3-day free return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We require a video recording of you opening the package to resolve any claims for damaged items. To start a return, please contact us at ledecorcove@gmail.com. We will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions if your return is accepted. Please note that items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered and unused, with all tags, labels, and manuals intact, along with a copy of the invoice, within 3 days of the return request being accepted. We will not issue refunds for any products returned in damaged condition. If a product is returned damaged, the customer is responsible for picking it up.
  • After a quality inspection, and if the product is in satisfactory condition, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned product within 7 days of receipt. Please note that minor product defects do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll review the issue and work to correct it as quickly as possible.
  • To help us resolve any claims for damage or defects, we strongly recommend you take a video while opening your package. Be sure to clearly show the tax invoice, the outside label, the serial number, and a timestamp at the beginning of the video to ensure its authenticity.

Exceptions

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to get a new item is to place a separate order. We'll process your refund for the original item as soon as we receive it.

Refunds

  • We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks have their own processing times, so it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your statement.
